Thoughts? According to an article, Joline's uncle, Bruce Longenecker, has long been suspected, and was even named as her believed killer by the Lycoming County D.A. in 2001. Longenecker committed suicide in 1997 before he could be questioned by police. However, a Lycoming police detective, upon review, believes they may have named the wrong suspect. The fact that case is still open imo means that's the proof that there's still room for debate: www.pennlive.com/midstate/index.ssf/2015/02/investigator_says_wrong_person.html
