DESCRIPTION:
On November 5, 2006, Enrique Ramos had been drinking when he pulled out from a private driveway
onto SR281 in Grant County, WA, and struck another vehicle. Several parties from the victim's vehicle
were seriously injured as a result of the collision. Ramos subsequently failed to appear in court for three counts of Vehicular Assault.
