DESCRIPTION:
On August 26, 2004, Romero-Cruze had been drinking, and was driving southbound on Taylor Road in
Adams County, WA, when he failed to stop at a stop sign, and turned left into the oncoming lane of
SR26. Romero-Cruze struck another vehicle head-on, severely injuring a passenger. He was booked
into jail for Vehicular Assault and subsequently failed to appear for trial.
