U.S. Marshals Offering Cash Award for Murder Suspect
Bridgeport, CT - The U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s help in locating and arresting Jahmari “Wack” Cooper, 18, who is wanted by Bridgeport Police for Murder.
Cooper is the suspect in the October 11, 2017 shooting in the Greene Homes Housing complex that resulted in the death of Jeri Kollack. Cooper currently has three warrants for his arrest; Felony Murder, Murder and first degree Robbery. The U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force was asked to assist in locating Cooper in November. Cooper was believed to have fled the area but Bridgeport police and U.S. Marshals believe that he has returned to the area and is currently hiding out in the surrounding Bridgeport area. Cooper is 5’5 and 130 pounds.
“The U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a cash award of up to $2,500 dollars for information leading to the arrest of Cooper. Any information will be considered confidential. Persons having information should contact the U.S. Marshals at 1-877-Wanted-2 (1-877-926-8332), email at usms.wanted@usdoj.gov or by calling the Bridgeport Tip Line at (203) 576-8477.” said Brian O’Neill, Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal. “Cooper should be consider armed and dangerous, individuals should not attempt to arrest Cooper themselves.” said O’Neill.
The media is asked to release this info to the public as well as through their social media pages.
The Fugitive Task Force is working together with the Bridgeport Police Department.

Thoughts? According to reports, Cooper allegedly forced Jeri Kollack, who was only 18 years old, to strip naked and then robbed him of his jewelry before shooting him to death: www.usmarshals.gov/news/chron/2018/030218.htm
I've seen no reports of Cooper being arrested after another local media blitz this past month, so I am assuming that unfortunately "Wack" is still at large as of this posting date. (4/9//2018).
