Fernando Ramirez Garcia is wanted for the attempted murder of a police officer. I don't believe he was ever aired on AMW.
On October 6, 1998, Garcia was driving a BMW in Santa Ana, California when an officer pulled him over for expired tags. During the traffic stop, Garcia opened fire on the officer while he was in his patrol car, a round hit the officer in the thigh. Garcia then disappeared, leaving a female companion inside who cooperated with police. Garcia is a known drug dealer who was released from prison in 1996 and was deported from the United States in 1997. The officer returned to work a month later.
Thoughts? It's likely that Garcia is hiding out in Mexico because he's a Mexican national, although he could occasionally travel to Southern California again.
