On the old AMW.COM forums, we would sometimes discuss AMW's best direct captures of the year. Obviously, with only three direct captures this year thanks to the Lifetime cancellation, I figured this year we should make it a more general thread and above are captured fugitives from the year 2013, AMW or non-AMW related.
Touch choices but I think the best capture of this year was the Tsarnaev brothers(of course only one brother survived) for the three people killed including a little boy and multiple people injured due to their act of cowardice.
However, lots of great captures this year even without AMW. Let's hope something comes back and makes 2014 an even better year for taking fugitives off the streets!

I also vote for the Tsarnaev brothers, even though they were a breaking news case.

I voted for Lakshminivasa Rao Nerusu. Apart from sexual murders of children, family annihilations are among the most disgusting crimes one can commit. Head of household is among the highest positions of trust, and killing his wife and children is among the worst kinds of betrayals. Plus, Nerusu's capture proved that fugitives can't exactly hide in India anymore, and India had been a big point of contention with some American fugitives in the past decade.
