Luis James Owens-Gonzales is currently being sought by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force for a 2008 aggravated kidnapping charge from Austin, Texas. Owens-Gonzales is presumed armed and dangerous. Owens-Gonzales escaped on December 17th, 2010 from a state prison in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
