On August 27, 1998, Otillo Gonzalez-Trujillo had been drinking when he lost control of his vehicle and
crashed, causing severe injuries to his passengers. Gonzalez-Trujillo failed to appear in court. In
February 2002, he obtained a Washington State Identification Card, but may be living in California.
