Description:
Martell is described as 5’7” tall, 140 pounds, and having brown eyes and
black hair. He is 23-years-old in the first photo and 22-years-old in the second
photo. He was born April 17, 1976.
Alleged Crimes:
Martell used an AK-47 to do a drive-by shooting at a party in Somerset West
in 1998. There were no injuries. At the time, Martell was a Flipside (Filipino)
gang member. He fled the area a week before trial after the judge lowered
bail to $100,000 and he was bailed out by a family member. He has been
wanted since September, 1999. Call 503-846-2500 with any information.
