Remarks: The unidentified female was wearing a tan shirt, blue tank top, blue slacks with red stripes, red and green socks, and white shoes with silver buckles. Details: On June 20, 1979, the victim's unidentified remains were discovered on an embankment between the eastbound lanes of Route 22/322 and the Juaniata River in Watts Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
