On June 3, 2007, authorities in Gwinnett County, Georgia say that Antonio Infante and 19-year old Luis Adrian-Diaz got into a dispute over a girl outside a restaurant. That's when Antonio allegedly shot Luis to death. After Luis was murdered, Antonio is believed to have fled to Mexico.
This case was brought up in the media again in February 2015 since it was determined an indictment had not been filed since February of that year. The reason was that the final police report was never completed due to misplaced or lost information. The indictment will make an arrest and/or extradition easier if Antonio is ever located, which has yet to happen unfortunately.

Thoughts? Since the Gwinnett County Daily Post did their 2015 on local fugitives wanted for murder, I can't see any other articles on Antonio Infante's case, so it looks like he's still at large. If that ever changes, then please let us know through the website contact form.
