Chaun "Charley" Cai is wanted for the murder of his fiancée, Xiaoyan "Shirley" Liu, back in 2000 in Canada. He was profiled multiple times from 2000 to 2004, and was on the AMW site until 2006/2007.
Cai and Liu moved from Bejing, China to Toronto, Canada back in 1999. Liu was a production assistant for an electronics firm. Cai, who specialized in computer engineering, was a millionaire due to the success of a computer firm he had started back in China. The couple was going to be married, but for some reason, Liu decided she wanted to break it off with Cai. The two were last seen at a New Year's Eve party. Not long after, Liu's sister became concerned since she hadn't heard from her. She contacted her employer, who then called the police. A few days after she was last seen, the police went to the couple's apartment where they found Liu's body stuffed in a suitcase. She had been asphyxiated. There was no sign of Cai, who was later charged with murder.
With Cai's money, he could've fled anywhere in the world. I honestly doubt he's in the U.S., and the two other locations deemed probable are Canada and China. Both are huge countries where it would be easy to blend in, and Cai did come from China. However, if he's not in China, I have a feeling he's somewhere in Europe, maybe in England. I don't know why I feel that, but I think he could hide out there and draw no attention to himself easier than say in Canada.

UPDATE from site admin: It is still unclear if Cai is still wanted as of this update (7/19/2018). My advice would be to double check with the appropriate authorities but do call in a tip if confirmed he is still at large and you know his whereabouts.
