A woman and her two small children may be in Mexico, Leesburg police said Thursday as they asked for the public’s help in locating the family.
Andrea Varela-Crespo and her children, 6-year-old Andreva Cartaya-Varela and 3-year-old Leonard Cartaya-Varela, were reported missing by family members.
They were last seen at a home in the 700 block of Vermillion Drive NE, Leesburg.
Police say they believe Varela-Crespo left the U.S., but investigators are still asking anyone who may have information about their location to come forward. You can contact Det. M. Drogin at 703-771-4500.
