According to Newslibrary archives, on October 17, 2006, Solomon Orosco is accused of making a left hand turn and failing to yield at an intersection in Biggs, California. As a result, Solomon's vehicle collided with a motorcycle, killing the driver of that motorcycle, Phillip Yarnell and seriously injuring Phillip's passenger. The California Highway Patrol stated that alcohol was not a factor in this crash. Solomon was arrested on the alleged charges, but failed to appear in court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Thoughts? I didn't see any Newslibrary coverage on this case after 2006, so it looks like there haven't been many leads unfortunately. Based on that, I imagine he probably fled to Latin America. Also the Newslibrary article referred to his first name as "Salomon" so that might potentially be an alias.
