identified as the shooter. There is an active warrant for Soto arrest # FSB02477.

While I couldn't find additional details on the alleged murder Soto committed, I did find his name under Jose Lazaro under San Bernardino County online court records search, which lists him as still having a warrant as of this posting date (2/21/2018): portal.sb-court.org/Portal/Home/WorkspaceMode?p=0
