Additionally, according to online news articles, Jovett was arrested in 2015 for a drunk driving collision in Brockton, Massachusetts. Four people suffered non-life threatening injuries in that crash.

Thoughts? I'm concerned for people in the Northeastern US (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut) that may come into Jovett's path. What I am also concerned about is the arresting officers coming into contact with any fentanyl Jovett may have on him when he's located. Officers have been hospitalized from even a trace amount of fentanyl.

I still can't find any news articles stating whether or not the victim was targeted and/or if she just happened to be a victim of stray/ricochet bullets. In any case, targeted or not, other people could have been shot as well, and Resende has proven to be a danger to the general public both by car and by alleged gun violence as well. Any guy like that where you're not safe whether he has a weapon or not can not be out on the streets for too long.
