Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $2,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the homicide of 34-year-old Joseph Lucas II. The victim, Joseph Lucas II, was found deceased inside of an abandoned house in the 800 block of Tauromee Ave. in the downtown area of Kansas City, KS. Mr. Lucas was a homeless individual that frequented Central Ave. in Kansas City, KS. No further information is available. The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s).
