From the Orange County Register website (ocregister.com):
Alejandro Zavala Sanchez, 29, is wanted by the Tustin Police Department for alleged carjacking and kidnapping on Dec. 12, 2000.
According to the Tustin Police Department, Sanchez came out of the Shell gas station convenience store at 13131 Jamboree Ave. and stole a 1991 blue Toyota 4-Runner that had been left unlocked with the engine running.
Three infants were sitting in car seats in the back seat of the truck, police said. Sanchez left the infants and their car seats in the bed of a truck in the parking lot of Costco at 2655 El Camino Real.
The Toyota truck was found later in Ontario, which is also Sanchez’ last known city of residence.
Sanchez is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and is a Mexican National. He has also used the names Miguel Maldonado, Miguel Hernandez and Adolfo Iniguez Ortega.

Thoughts? The above article is from 2010 and I don't see Sanchez on the latest edition of Tustin's Most Wanted. However, according to Orange County's online warrants search, Sanchez is still listed as wanted as of this posting date. (2/10/2018): www.ocsd.org/gov/sheriff/howdoi/eservices/warrants.asp
