Thought this would be an interesting thread since this is a site dedicated to fugitive chasing. The CNBC show "American Greed: The Fugitives" did an article on what they feel would be the top 10 destination cities if a fugitive decided to flee, apparently based on population and ability to blend in, weather, and whether or not there are extradition treaties. They also provide a link to every country that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the U.S. I really don't like giving fugitives ideas as to how to get away, but thought it would be interesting to discuss agreements or disagreements with this list: www.cnbc.com/id/10119962910. Lyon, France 9. Marseille, France 8. Belem, Brazil 7. Tianjin, China 6. Nizhny Novgorod, Russia 5. Salvador, Brazil 4. St. Petersburg, Russia 3. Escalades-Engordany, Andorra 2. Macau, China 1. Andorra la Vella, Andorra

I want make the point if most of these Top 10 hideout spots seem to be for mainly just white-collar fugitives, especially since the show is based on white-collar crimes. If so then the list can't cover the wide amount of fugitive cases.
Not to be racially-stereotypical, but with the high per capita amount of latino fugitives wanted for crimes and were featured on AMW in the last few years of airing (2009 onward), I would rather make alot of the cities in Mexico (ex. Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, etc). I did calculations awhile ago on this forum and found that a little over half the fugitives featured in the Recent AMW forum were latino and it was even higher in the non-amw recent cases forum. So you can understand why I would make alot of the cities in Mexico appear on a list like this.
