On November 1, 2017, authorities in Visalia, California say that Luis Gustavo Osejo was driving his BMW while under the influence. As a result, he allegedly crashed his car into the vehicle driven by Brittany Ramos. Luis escaped his car and fled before his vehicle burst into flame. Brittany died from her injuries in the impact. Brittany leaves behind three children.

Thoughts? Aside from the fact that Brittany's death means her three children will have to grow up without their mother, she was also scheduled to start a new restaurant job two days after November 1st. These cases are so tragic because the actions were easily preventable if people took responsibility while they are drinking. We don't live in that perfect world unfortunately which is why tragedies like this continue to occur.
