Thoughts? The above is a 2012 article. Elizalde-Acosta is still listed on the Pima County Attorney General's Office Crime Stoppers website as of a wanted fugitive as of this posting date (1/31/2018). I should note that I haven't seen more recent articles to confirm his status but you can always (while not taking action yourself of course) call and inquire if he's still wanted (which he seemingly still is), and once confirmed send in that tip if you know his whereabouts.
