-----------------------------
Rodrigo Mondragon-Arreola and Salvador Espinoza-Ochoa are both wanted for their alleged roles in the double homicides of 30 year-old Roberto Enrique Martinez-Vielledent and 29 year-old Paul Alberto Maldonado-Orteg in 2008 in the Catalina Foothills (which is part of the general Tucson, Arizona area).
According to a 2010 report on tucson.com, Mondragon-Arreola and Espinoza-Ochoa were both part of a group of five men involved in the sale of 250 pounds of marijuana.
Five men were traveling on North Swan Road near Sunrise Drive when Rodrigo "Flaco" Mondragon-Arreola allegedly shot the two victims from the back seat of the car. One of the other suspects who would soon be taken into custody, Ismael Padilla-Contreras, who was sitting in the front passenger seat, shot the driver of the car, who survived.
Padilla-Contreras would be convicted and ordered serve concurrent sentences of 10 1/2 years and 7 1/2 years for attempted first-degree murder and aggravated assault. Obed Galvan-Mondragon, the middleman who set up the drug transaction, was said to be serving seven years in prison.
Mondragon-Arreola and Espinoza-Ochoa would both be convicted and are still listed on the Pima County Attorney's Office Crime Stoppers website as of this posting date (1/31/2018).

Thoughts? I'm a bit confused since according to a tucson.com, another man (who would complete the five), who was a resident of Mexico was said to have been given two life sentences but didn't mention him by name. I assume because he was given a life sentence in Mexico and not the U.S. is the reason why.
On 88crime.org, Mondragon-Arreola is listed with two counts of first degree murder but Espinoza-Ochoa is listed with just one count, for whatever reasons.
I also assume Mondragon-Arreola and Espinoza-Ochoa are still at large as of this posting date (1/31/2018) since they're still listed on 88crime.org, but while never taking action yourself, you can always call and double check to make sure and of course I'd recommend to send in a tip if you have one.
Admin Note #1: Since they are listed on Pima Country Crime Stoppers (88Crime), our advice for anyone with information on Mondragon-Arreola and/or Espinoza-Ochoa's whereabouts would be to send in a tip to that agency.
