Name: Desire Miller
Date of Crime: April 28, 2004
Location: Detroit, Michigan
On Wednesday, April 28 2004 the body of Desire Miller was found murdered on San Juan Street, about a half block from Puritan Street in Detroit. She had been shot four times.
She was found in the passenger side of her car, a 1998 Grey Suzuki Esteem Sedan. It’s believed that she was kidnapped while on her way home.
Desire Miller was last seen shortly after 2 a.m. on the morning of April 28, 2004, leaving Teresa’s Lounge on 6 Mile Road and Hubbell Road in Northwest Detroit.
Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering a $2,500 reward for any information leading to an arrest in the case.

Also, unfortunately I couldn't find additional articles to expand on the case, but even the short description on Michigan Cold Cases is brutal and heartbreaking enough as it is. Desire or anybody else does not deserve to die like that and justice still needs to be served even nearly 14 years later.
