Thoughts? The FBI just added Morgan to their featured fugitives page under the additional violent crimes section. I checked and Moenkopi Village is in the Hopi Native American reservation. The alleged robberies and burglaries that Morgan is charged with may be a result of poverty on the Native American reservations and the lack of opportunities for young people. It doesn't excuse the charges Morgan is facing once in custody, but it's just a sad situation for numerous people on these reservations in states like Arizona, New Mexico and South Dakota.
