In 1991, authorities say that Faride Abraham allegedly shot 22-year old Roderick McHenry at a gas station in Delray Beach, Florida. The alleged motive was an argument regarding a woman.
In 1997, a Delray Beach Police Officer went to Haiti and spotted Faride at an airport. At the time, Haiti had no extradition treaty with the United States so Faride was not arrested by Haitian authorities.
He still wanted to this day, according to the Florida Statewide Warrant Search.

Thoughts? Since 1997 extradition between the US and Haiti has gotten a little better, as we saw recently with the capture of Jean Janiver. The issue is that Faride has been wanted since 1991 and the most recent photo we have of him is from 1984.
