She was sentenced to between one to 10 years at the Lansing Correctional Facility, a dormitory like setup. On Christmas Eve 1974, Priscilla and two other female inmates scaled the fence and made their way to freedom. The two other inmates were later caught in Wichita, Kansas and Louisiana but Priscilla's trail has gone cold. Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the Kansas Department of Corrections at (888) 317-8204 if you hae any information on Priscilla Ann Frey's whereabouts.

-- Thoughts? Some additional clues that before her arrest, Priscilla worked as a topless dancer and often hung out with bikers. Even though forgery isn't among the most serious of crimes we profile here, it is very hard to find information on fugitives wanted from the 1970s as the majority of them would now be in their 70s and 80s. www2.ljworld.com/news/2009/dec/24/enduring-mystery/www.doc.ks.gov/escapees/frey

Obviously I don't know what the weather was like during the night of her escape, but I would say that she would be more likely to succumb to the elements during the winter than if she had escaped at any other point in the year

The only reason I don't believe that happened is that her accomplices in the escape managed to get out of the area, even though it was in late December. However it wouldn't be the first time a fugitive died a short distance from where they were last seen and it took years to find it.

As of July 7th, 2018, Frey is still on the Kansas DOC website as one of their most wanted escapees. (Same link as in HeadMarshal's OP).
