Photo Credits: St. Louis Regional Crime Stoppers Age: 08/25/1983 -- On August 6, 2016, Omar Brown was allegedly driving at speeds of 120 mph while intoxicated in St. Louis, Missouri. As a result, his car got into a collision with a vehicle driven by James Carrawell. The car burst into flames and James died from the impact. On November 8, 2017, Omar was charged with involuntary manslaughter. He however went on the run and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Hope I'm not reading this wrong but it looks like Brown was captured based on a search of Missouri's online criminal court records. They show a trial scheduled for July 9th (in just a few days) and that request for GPS removal was granted (which I really hope does not come back to bite them considering he was technically a fugitive previously).
