Authorities in Lubbock, Texas say that on December 3, 2015, Henry Joby Anderson was shot. He was taken from the scene in a pickup truck where the occupants flagged down an ambulance. Henry sadly died in the ambulance on route to the hospital. Isaias Cabello was later charged with allegedly killing Henry. He was last known to be driving a 2014 black Chevy Silverado crew cab pickup with Colorado license plates 006QUJ. He may have fled the state of Texas, according to authorities.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact Lubbock's Crime Line at (806) 741-1000 if you have any information on Isaias Cabello's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Based on that vehicle's license plates, Colorado should be a place to be on the lookout for Isaias, along with nearby New Mexico and across the border in Mexico as well.
Also the last news article about this manhunt was from October 18, 2017. I've seen nothing to indicate that he has since been caught, and the media in Lubbock have done an excellent job with continuing to publicize this manhunt.
