In July of 2015, authorities in Palm Beach County say that Marcos Gutierrez and Saul Retana Lopez went to the home of Dr. Ronald Schwartz. Dr. Schwartz's bedroom had been ransacked, his unusual $20 bills, two rings and jewelry were later recovered at Saul's home. Saul had originally wanted to confront Dr. Schwartz about getting his job back since he had been fired shortly beforehand. Dr. Schwartz shot Saul in the arm during the confrontation and that's when Marcos allegedly shot Dr. Schwartz to death.
A witness quoted to detectives that Marcos called them after the murder, saying he had done something stupid in Jupiter and was going back to Cuba. Saul was arrested shortly after the murder.

Thoughts? If Marcos is still in Cuba then it's not optimistic he's getting extradited from there any time soon since that's where he was born. We can only hope that over time he slips up and travels back to the US or elsewhere in the Caribbean.
