On September 30, 1999, Fernando was allegedly driving while intoxicated in Orondo, Washington. He drove toward to a mini-mart and allegedly struck a motorcyclist. The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries as a result of the impact. Fernando may have fled to his native Mexico and an arrest warrant was issued on Jan 3, 2000.

Thoughts? After about 18 years on the run, it's not that likely that Mexico will arrest Fernando if he's still hiding out there. We can only hope he gets caught if he travels again to the US.
