I have a question regarding the status of two fugitives I'm been meaning to do threads on: Vladimir Balachov and Charley Cai. Back on the old forum, there was some speculation that the charges against both fugitives may have been dropped due to passage of time, but I haven't found anything to confirm it. Does anyone have any idea if they're still wanted? I wouldn't want to do a thread if they aren't.
