Authorities in Houston are searching for alleged murder suspect Domingo Cruz Espino. They say in 2001, Domingo shot and killed 22-year old Edwin Crespin outside of his uncle's apartment complex. It is not known if the motive was ever determined.
Domingo may still have several tattoos, including a skull and a candle on his right shoulder, a chain cross and the number 13 on the fingers of his right hand and three dots on a finger on his left hand.
