Authorities say that Karen Moradel was driving without a license in West Palm Beach, Florida on March 16, 2007 according to Newspapers.com. She then allegedly crashed her vehicle with another car whom she had driven in the path of. The driver of that car, James Carroll died from his injuries later that night. Karen was charged on October 18, 2007 with driving without a license causing death, however she later failed to appear in court and an arrest warrant was issued.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department at 561-688-3000 if you have any information on Karen Moradel's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Yet another driving related death case out of Florida to profile. The Florida Highway Safety Most Wanted List I feel doesn't come close to listing all the vehicular homicide/manslaughter fugitives wanted out of the state, and it would probably take forever to put all of them on one gigantic list.
As for whereabouts, Karen Moradel is from Honduras so after a decade on the run she may have returned to Central America. It looks like things are getting slightly better there for fugitive extradition, but extraditing nationals on driving-related deaths looks to still be a challenge.
