Thought this would be a fun topic, is there any major fugitive capture or capture in general that stands out to you because of WHERE you were when you found out? Like perhaps you were at a wedding or perhaps it could just be something funny like you were looking at your phone while sitting on the toilet. (Which I'm surprised hasn't happened to me yet, and I apologize in advance for putting that out there). For me, one of the most unique is I found out about AMW's 1200th capture, Tommy "John" Reardon, which would turn out to be their last milestone capture, right when I arrived in San Francisco for a vacation- the minute I turned my phone on- I went to amw.com forums and saw it was posted he was captured (by a poster I shall not name lol). I thought that was pretty cool and unique since it was only my second vacation and first time on the west coast. Another cool thing was when Peter Braunstein was captured, it was a pretty big story already in the NYC media. I was living with my parents, and it was actually my dad who broke the news to me that they announced on the radio Braunstein was captured in Tennessee as a result of America's Most Wanted. Does anyone else have any similar stories to tell?

I remember last year on September 22, 2016, when earlier that day I thought to myself at school “gee it would be a great day for a Capture, later that night I saw a notification that said “admin posted on thread Fidel Urbina- Illinois- 1998 (Added in 2012) (CAPTURED!!!)” and I said “no freaking way I hope they don’t let him go again” and it was pretty much confirmed that he had been caught the following day.
Then in October 2014 and January 2017, I was out with a girl when Eric Frein and Robert Van Wisse were captured and surrendered respectively, which both happened on Thursdays when there were 3 day weekends ahead.
