Sacramento law enforcement are collaborating with Honolulu authorities to find Tiseya E. Puapuaga, a former Sacramento resident wanted for murder, according to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser.
Puapuaga, who also goes by “Ty,” allegedly gunned down 34-year-old Isaac Mamea sitting outside a Honolulu liquor store on the night of Sept. 20.
A bench warrant is out for Puapuaga’s arrest on charges of second-degree murder and firearms charges. His bail is set at $1 million.
The Honolulu Police Department said Puapuaga, 22, is about 6 feet tall and weighs 350 pounds. He fled the scene in a white Toyota Matrix that was later recovered, according to CrimeStoppers.

Thoughts? Puapuaga is listed on both Honolulu and the city of Sacramento's crime stoppers sites for the reasons stated above- murder happened in Hawaii, but Puapuaga has ties to the Sacramento area. According to other articles I've read, a motive and whether the Puapuaga and Mamea knew each other was not known. (or at least initially not known)
