Jose Trinidad Ramos, 42, was last seen in Tustin and Santa Ana. He’s wanted for murder and faces $500,000 bail. During an argument in 1995 between two groups of people, police said, Ramos fired a gun and hit a person not involved in the argument. Ramos is 5 feet 8 inches, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Thoughts? The above article is old as Ramos would now be 50 years old as of this posting date (11/23/2017). Ramos still has a warrant listed in the Orange County California warrants website and is still listed as one of the city of Tustin, California's most wanted fugitives as of this posting date.
