From NBC Dallas-Fort Worth:
Two North Texas teens have been charged and a third person is sought in connection with a shooting that left a 5-year-old boy dead and his 11-year-old brother wounded in Denison, police say.
KTEN reported Tuesday that 18-year-old Ryan Clay and 17-year-old Sabrina Nino were each charged with capital murder of a child under 10 years old. Both are from Sherman, police said.
A capital arrest warrant was later issued for a third person — identified as 17-year-old Antonio "Chapo" Prado, of Sherman — who police warned may be armed and dangerous.
According to police, the 5-year-old boy and his 11-year-old brother were inside a home in the 1700 block of West Elm Street when they were shot at about 11 p.m. Sunday.
The 5-year-old boy was fatally wounded, police say. The 11-year-old was treated with injuries that were not life-threatening at a Dallas-area hospital. Their names have not been released.
Anyone with information about Prado’s whereabouts is encouraged to call detectives at 903-465-2422.

Thoughts? What makes this tragedy even worse is the shooting allegedly happened as a dispute over a quarter of an ounce of marijuana. That measly amount was apparently worth a 5 year old's life and almost an 11-year old's as well.
