Frank has a long criminal history, consisting of destruction of evidence, delivering a controlled substance, interfering with a peace officer, attempting to elude and third degree escape. If he had not escaped, he would have been eligible for parole in 2015 and was scheduled to be realized in March of 2018. Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the Idaho Department of Corrections at (208) 658-2000 if you have any information on Frank Smith's whereabouts.Moderator Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form --Thoughts? It seems like Frank Smith is going to continue to be a nuisance to law enforcement as long as he's not in custody. He just needs to be caught so that he doesn't get the opportunity to escalate to more serious charges. web.archive.org/web/20171122173456/https://www.idoc.idaho.gov/content/probation_and_parole/fugitive_recovery/most_wantedwww.idoc.idaho.gov/content/story/idoc_seeks_work_camp_walkaway

The problem is this is a guy I see is based on his past charges destined to be in and out of prison for the rest of his life even if caught. He still needs to be caught, but it probably won't be the last time law enforcement will hear from him.
