On July 10, 2003, officers responded to a call of a homicide at a residence in
Milpitas. Officers found a deceased 21-year-old woman who had been a victim
of a violent attack. The investigation identified the victim’s boyfriend, Ramon
Cobo DELGADO, as the person responsible for her death. He is also the father
of their daughter, who was only 11-months-old when the homicide occurred.
Ramon Cobo DELGADO fled the area immediately after the incident, and he is
currently wanted for homicide. He has relatives in the San Jose, California bay
area and in Mexico.
