On July 30, 1998, Ramos was arrested by the Drug Enforcement Administration along with five co-defendants and charged with a number of criminal violations regarding the operation of a marijuana smuggling and distribution ring. Shortly after her arrest, Ramos was released on bond.
On May 3, 1999, Ramos pled guilty and was sentenced to spend forty-eight months in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Ramos was allowed to stay on bond and was scheduled to surrender for the service of her sentence on June 3, 1999. Ramos failed to surrender and has not been seen since. On June 15, 1999, a Warrant For Arrest was issued by the United States District Court in Phoenix charging Ramos with Failure to Surrender for the Service of Sentence.
Ramos' criminal history is limited to this case only. Ramos has extensive family ties to the Phoenix area. Her mother lives in west Phoenix and at least one of her four siblings lives in Phoenix as well. Ramos has four children: two daughters (ages 14 and 10), and two sons (ages 9 and 7).
Ramos has previously worked as a secretary/receptionist in the Phoenix area.

Thoughts? I can confirm that although I found out about Olivia Ramos's case on an archived law enforcement page, the online US Federal Bureau of Prisons mentions a 46-year old Olivia Ramos who is "not in BOP custody". That means she still has an active warrant to this day.
As for her whereabouts today, with all the ties to Phoenix, she may have travelling between there and Mexico (particularly the state of Sinaloa where she's originally from)
