What we know about the crime: A 7-year-old girl allegedly was sexually assaulted by Purnell in Coatesville, Chester County.
Charges:. Rape, indecent assault and corruption of a minor.

Thoughts? Purnell is currently on the Pennsylvania State Police's Top Ten Most Wanted list as of this posting date (11/17/2017). Also even though the alleged incident happened in 1999, Purnell's warrant date on the U.S. Marshals website is listed as 1/13/2005, hence the year in the thread title: www.usmarshals.gov/district/de/fugitives/index.html
Also, Purnell date of birth according to the various sites is 7/11/1971, which would make him 46 years old as of this posting date.
