I'm assuming the woman below the picture of Hu is Therese McNally?
In any case it appears he's still at large and I guess it's a question of is he somewhere where he can be extradited.

Yes that is Therese McNally, he and McNally were last seen in Taiwan in 2005 and no there is no treaty of extradition between the U.S. and Taiwan unfortunately and The U.N. Treaty doesn’t cover Taiwan as it isn’t a member.

What's the difference between Hu's role, leaking information to facilitate a robbery which ended in murder, and "Conspiracy to Commit Murder"?

What's the difference between Hu's role, leaking information to facilitate a robbery which ended in murder, and "Conspiracy to Commit Murder"? The difference between Hu and Lisbio Couto is that they are both wanted for different murders in different locations. Couto is wanted out of San Jose, CA and Fountain Valley, CA for Murders and Robberies in 1997 and 1998, Jerry Hu is wanted out of Fremont, CA for a separate robbery and murder in 1998, all 3 being in Northern California.

I meant to say between Hu's role in his crimes as contrasted with "Conspiracy to Commit Murder", not Hu's case vs Couto's case.

Haven't been able to find anything online recently besides mugshots.com recap but they're not always up-to-date. I'm assuming Hu is still at large as of this update. (7/6/2018). However, if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, please feel free to let us know.

I know this is a stretch, but are you familiar with other fugitives involved in Hu’s case like Lisbio Couto?

As for the post he was indeed arrested in Taiwan in 2005 when FBI notified the taiwan official they brought him into custody but they denied to extradite him back to the state due to Hu himself are both Taiwan and US citizenships and released him.
We can't consider Hu is captured due to Taiwanese officials have nothing against him in Taiwan.

Ah so is Hu still in Taiwan after all? I guess I'll removed the captured in case he's still there. (Not to make a joke but I apologize for turning this into a literal Hu's on first routine with the captured or not captured aspect)
