From The Charley Project:
Moore was last seen in Galveston, Texas on April 25, 1999. She was living in the 1600 block of Channelview Street with her boyfriend, Clint Kent, and his brother, Scott "Scotty" Kent, at the time. Scott said she came home that day in a pickup truck, packed some clothes and left in an older model, dirty, beat-up Chevrolet Impala. The vehicle drove down Channelview Street towards Industrial Boulevard. She has never been heard from again.
Clint and Moore had been living together for several years, and she'd given birth to his child. He legally separated from his wife, but not divorced. Moore was also secretly seeing another man. After Scott joined the household, Moore had problems with him and claimed he'd tried to rape her. Both Clint and Scott are considered possible suspects in her disappearance. After she went missing, her husband forged checks on her bank account and pawned her jewelry, and her brand new truck was found in her husband's possession. Neither Clint nor her husband reported her disappearance to police; her employer finally did, after she'd missed work for a month.
There has been no activity on Moore's Social Security number since she went missing, and she left behind her brand-new truck. She is presumed dead, but little evidence is available in her case.
