Authorities in York County, Pennsylvania say that Erbert Lee Jackson allegedly sold heroin laced with fentanyl to an 18-year old man. On May 16, 2017, the man injected himself with the heroin, resulting in a fatal overdose. The investigation led to manslaughter warrant being issued against Erbert. He is known to travel between the Harrisburg and Philadelphia areas in Pennsylvania.

Thoughts? Scumhunter just posted about a Pennlive weekly fugitive so I decided to feature another one of their cases. There is a public health crisis being recognized regarding fentanyl and heroin in both the US and even Canada where I am out of. Erbert needs to face a court of law for allegedly giving the victim the drugs that led to his death. That qualifies for a manslaughter charge.
