Terri Rodriguez was reported missing to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department from a county address in San Bernardino on September 11, 1988. She was last seen by her brother's girlfriend during the early morning hours of September 9, 1988. Her badly decomposed body was discovered on September 15, 1988 in the Devils Canyon area north of Cal State San Bernardino.
Evidence suggested Terri Rodriguez was killed at the scene.
