In 2006, Wendy Parks was the president of a Parent-Teacher organization in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She allegedly stole close to $9000 worth of the organization's funds. The cash was taken from both the checking account and the cash received for selling chocolate. Wendy has been on the run ever since July 12, 2006.

Thoughts? Not the usual type of case we tend to post on this forum, but alleged white-collar fugitives can be a reoffense risk like alleged fugitive murderers and sex offenders. I feel Wendy Parks should be really easy fugitive to find and I'm surprised the Louisiana Department of Justice is still looking for her after 11 years on the run. If she fled the state of Louisiana then it's probably a matter of getting national publicity on her case.
