In 1999, Alberto Gurrola who is also known as Alberto Rios was arrested for sexually assaulting a child. He would later be found guilty in 2000 and was sentenced to 12-16 years in prison. By the time his case went for an appeal, he fled and became a fugitive.

Thoughts? This is still an active warrant case as of March of this year, but unfortunately the county of Scottsbluff in Nebraska has since gotten rid of their most wanted page. At least there's a brief mention on a 2007 news article as well as his 2009 Interpol Red Notice. I imagine that Alberto's probably hiding out in his native Mexico unless he returned to the US at some point.
