From pe.com:
A fugitive accused of shooting two men in Menifee this month was charged with two counts of murder Thursday, while a man suspected of helping him get away was charged with being an accessory.
Murder suspect Jesus Sanchez Ponce, 39, of Mecca has been on the loose since the Aug. 13 shootings of Roberto Enciso Castillo, 45, and Juan Enciso Castillo, 41, both from Menifee.
Gustavo Perez Iturriaga, 43, of North Shore was arrested just after midnight Tuesday on Avenue 70 in Mecca. Both North Shore and Mecca are desert communities near the Salton Sea.
He pleaded not guilty Thursday to one count of being an accessory by harboring, concealing or aiding someone who committed a felony. He’s being held at the Cois M. Byrd Detention Center in French Valley, with bail set at $500,000. While he was charged in court under the name Gustavo Perez Iturriaga, he was booked into jail as Gustavo Iturreaga Perez.
Sheriff’s officials haven’t said how they believe Iturriaga helped Ponce, or why Ponce is suspected of killing the victims. A search of court records shows neither man has a documented criminal history in Riverside County.
At 11 p.m. Aug. 13, deputies were called out to the 25000 block of Waldon Road in Menifee and found the two victims, dead from gunshot wounds. Ponce was soon identified as the shooting suspect.
He was last seen driving a brown 2007 GMC Sierra truck, California license plate 8H85193. Authorities said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Sheriff’s officials have asked anyone with information about the case or Ponce’s whereabouts to call 760-393-3528.

Thoughts? I haven't seen any other articles stating otherwise so I'm assuming Ponce is still at large as of this posting date (10/21/2017). I hope we at the very least eventually get more details and updates.
