On August 30, 2016, authorities in Kansas City, Missouri say that Keith Carnes was allegedly driving at a high rate of speed when he ran a red light and crashed into another car. Killed in the impact was the driver of the other car, Patrick Mercer. A gun and marijuana were found in Keith's car and toxicology results showed that Keith was under the influence of cocaine, marijuana and PCP at the time he was driving.
Keith was charged in January 2017 but fled soon afterwards.

Thoughts? Patrick Mercer was a professional rugby player and probably would have had a great career in that sport had Keith Carnes not allegedly driven under the influence of three different drugs and killed him. Keith has prior felony convictions so I doubt he's quit his criminal lifestyle and that may lead to his capture if someone doesn't recognize him.
