According to the report, Ramos and four other men were riding in a white suburban when they jumped out of the vehicle, threatened the victim with a baseball bat, then robbed him of his wallet and cellular telephone."

Thoughts? The Harris County online public case search still lists the case as inactive as of this posting date. (10/13/2017). Ramos was only 17 years old at the time of the alleged incident but he is not a kid anymore.
